- Groceries are NOT pulled from the store; but are delivered straight from their warehouse. The are as fresh as possible
- If there are problems, you can call or use their web chat feature to very easily get a credit. Quick and easy!
- The Kroger app will remember your purchases to make it easy to reorder.
- You can choose to have them leave them at the door with a knock or no-knock policy. If they leave them at the door and you choose to not answer, you will get a notification on your phone within minutes of them dropping them off.
- They offer a one month free trial – at least they have for the past two years. Easy to try.
- Suggestion: do not order for delivery over the weekend. They have their new-hires work the weekends and they have trouble finding our apartments and are almost always running late.
- Suggestion: if your memory is like mine, start your cart a couple of days ahead of time. However, even after you place your order, you can change up to the time the “shopper” starts to fill the order. If you order more or less, the eventual charge card charge will be correct.
